Daytona Beach Main Street Biker Bar Owner Arrested


Police were called to the saloon at 601 Main Street and arrested the owner, Louis Derosa, age 59, for stabbing an employee in the face with a hunting knife.

Derosa got into an argument with an employee because he wouldn’t give him the password for his computer. Derosa punched the victim then slashed his face from the bride of his nose to his left cheek, according to the arrest report.  

Police said the wound was about 8 inches long and 2 inches deep. The victim was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center.  Police said his injury was not life-threatening.

Derosa was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon with bodily harm. Bond was set at $50,000.
